New Service Management System – Cherwell

Computer Services and Telecommunications is enabling a policy that deletes any email in your Outlook inbox that is older than 180 days. This policy is set to go into effect on April 1st, 2012.
Although SDES IT has set an automated policy that configures your auto-archiving to 60 days as well as the auto-archive destination to our server, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all of their folders have this policy applied.

SDES IT adheres to eco-friendly practices in its computing environment. We have found that going green translates not only to a positive ecological impact, but directly into cost savings too.
